Australian College provided an outstanding education in Early Childhood Education. The trainers were dedicated, and the curriculum was both practical and insightful. The program prepared me well for my career, and the support from the staff was excellent. Highly recommended!

A had a good training experience at Australian College. The trainers were great when I had questions - they took the time to speak with me or email and ensure I was clear and knew what to do. The school also was willing to allow me to choose different electives from other courses (that still met the training package) which was valuable to tie in more accurately to the work I was doing. Some of the content could be updated a bit, perhaps even enhanced with short videos, and some project assessments were quite theory based rather than practical, but mostly it was very informative and valuable learning experience. The school did advise that 3 hours per week (which was the general allocation for a trainee-based course) would be sufficient to complete it, and this really wasn't the case (for someone who likes to ensure their answers are detailed and sufficient and that I fully understand the content). It would've been useful to understand how long things would actually take from the start so I could plan better. The staff are very lovely and helpful though so that was a positive.

Australian College provided professional, efficient and friendly service during my studies. If I had any queries, the college would respond with good turn around times. If I needed to speak with a trainer in the Fitness faculty, a tele call was arranged promptly. All communication and assessments well received and completed efficiently.

Beyond disappointing!! There were lots of hidden fees and charges. The educational content was full of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. The resources provided were outdated and referred to examples that were no longer applicable to 2024. The staff were rude when I sought help and guidance. I do not recommend using Australian College. Cheap and Nasty.

I had a wonderful experience with Australia College. All the trainers and admin staff were really helpful and supportive. My previous college shut down without any notice, when I have very restrictive time line left to finish the course and left me in a panic situation than I approach Australia College and the staff was so supportive and helped me out in this crucial situation.
Every time I have doubts they replied me back instantly where other colleges took 2-3 days to get back.

I highly recommend Australia College if someone wants to do online studies

I am very happy with this college, their trainers and admins are very helpful and supportive, making every process easy from enrollment, throughout the studies and completion. I work full time and was very glad i could complete their courses at my very own pace with absolutely no pressure. It has been an easy and stress free experience studying my diploma with Australian Colleges. The trainers and admin staff have been amazingly helpful and quick to respond back to the emails. My assessments were rating within 2-3 days, sometimes on the same day and I always got great remarks for my work. I haven’t had to resubmit any assessment, I just made sure I provided the answers in detail. I paid in full in advance which meant I had assess to all the units from the first day. I won’t hesitate to return back for further course and highly recommend them to anyone looking for wonderful online institute who is always there to support you.
