Driver did not attempt to ring my unit and sent directly to the post office parcel locker. I know because I work at home

Post office parcel lockers claim to be open 24/7 for ease of pickup. Went in the middle of the night, only to realize the parcel lockers #2 is behind a locked door. Funny that there is absolutely no information about this.

Staff are fine but opening times make missed parcels impossible to collect for those who work 9-5. It would also be helpful if you removed early parcel collection from the missed cards and mobile app as I was waiting at 8am and then told early collection hasn’t been operating for a while…

I would like to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an experience I had at your post office on 31st Dec at between 10:00am-10:10am.

During my visit, I encountered an older female staff member who displayed an unprofessional and, unfortunately, discriminatory attitude. As I was unfamiliar with the mailing process, I approached her for assistance. Instead of receiving guidance with patience and courtesy, I was met with an impatient and dismissive demeanor. I was directed to another area to pack my items, and while doing so, I overheard her warmly greeting White customers, exchanging New Year wishes, and displaying a much more friendly and helpful attitude toward them.

When I returned to her for further assistance, her facial expression remained stern, and her tone was curt. At the conclusion of our interaction, I made an effort to offer a New Year greeting, hoping to establish a warmer connection. To my disappointment, she completely ignored me, showing no sign of acknowledgment.

This experience left me deeply unsettled and saddened. It highlighted a pervasive issue of implicit racial bias that continues to exist in customer service interactions. It is disheartening to realize that such prejudice persists in a space where fairness and professionalism should be a standard.

I hope that this complaint will prompt reflection and appropriate measures to ensure every customer, regardless of their background, is treated with respect and dignity.

Not sure why my parcels keep getting sent to this post office when I live in Meadowbank where there's a post office LITERALLY in the area. WHY do you keep wasting people time and energy to travel to this post office Can you be a little less dense and helpful for once

“Attempted delivery” on a Friday, I was at home the entire morning waiting but never came. I had to leave for work and tried making it before 5pm since I knew they close for the weekend, I arrived at 4.50pm at the front door and it was already closed, they saw me and quickly hid so they didnt have to serve me. Now I have to wait the whole weekend to pick up my parcel that I should have already received on Friday morning. The parcel was for my partner’s bday gift, such a heart-braking experience.

Why didn't the driver leave my package at my door? My working hours are from 7am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, so I have no time to pick up the package.

Can we please set up a self checkout? It is so inefficient. I just need to buy one stamp, and the line is so long. It's not just in West Ryde, but for all Post Office. I think you need better management. One thing you can do, very simple, is to allocate different counter for different purposes. Simple division of labour I guess. Worth to give it a try, just an idea.

This place is less than useless. They don’t leave parcels that have permission to be left at my premises, and are only open in the most inconvenient times.
