The man in Villawood post office is so rude, while I was talking to him he said next as if he was telling me to shut up. The place is so dirty and smell bad doesn't suit a civilized country like Australia. I hope you would enhance the place and the employees for a better customer service.

Acting like costumes do know anything ( its your job to answer concerns prices, arrival time etc ) the one and the only post office that has employees as bad as this post has. big unfortunate

Recently visited a this cocktail shop that also serves delightful desserts, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly, making everyone feel welcome. The cocktails are expertly crafted, and the desserts are absolutely delicious!!!! This place is a true gem for a family night out!!

wow. actually the worst post office in the country.
im a regular sender just visiting the area wondering why there are so many bad reviews. can definitely say it is justified. they blame you for things you didnt eben do.
staff think they are untouchable. unfortunately that is true. government job. they are incentivised to be rude so people dont come back but still get paid.

weird because ive been to plenty of post offices that are outstanding.

Would rate this place 0 if I could. I have always believed in the importance of good customer service. It is disheartening to experience such an unwelcome attitude from a staff member (the male and his wife) who is meant to represent your establishment when I simply wanted to pick up my parcel that I shipped to my mothers house which was under my name and I presented the email that my parcel was ready for pick up. She was extremely rude and didn’t want to handle the parcel. Such behaviour and attitude not only tarnishes the reputation of the post office but also leaves a lasting negative impression on customers like myself.

The post office was also very dirty and stinky

I WISH I could give a 0 star review. You people are beyond pathetic.
After basically begging throught the whole day to customer service to send the parcel urgently at my address during the day (an express delivery), and being given the most worthless customer service responses ever, I had to redirect the parcel. Guess what I just got notification of? They have delivered it somewhere else entirely. I just hope the same level of discomfort you have caused me happens to your team too.

They are rated 1 star for reasons, and my experience wasn't a pleasure.

I only came to submit my passport application with all required documents prepared. The man staff took them away one by one for copying and he literally threw them back on the counter one by one too. That action alone is enough for me, why can you handle someone's goods with such bad manners regarding they can just be a piece of paper. I wasn't wrong until he didn't accept my photo, said it was not good quality and tried offering me to get me taken there and probably charged for the service too. I just had to say thank you and walked away, taking it as I'm a photographer myself.
