I’ve been there a lot…never had an issue with them…could never fault them. I love that they take the time needed for each customer and they’re thorough. Staff are always very polite. Yes it means any customer waiting needs to be patient but I mean… it’s a post office… not maccas!!

I’m only looking this up as I hear Australia Post is closing it down in April 2025 - we need a post office in the area but agree that these managers need removing as their service is terrible

Went to post some passport renewal documents there and the Indian lady at the counter was really helpful and nice. I observed the other women working there were also quite friendly with customers.

I had many questions and the lady at the counter was very patient in answering all of them. I dropped a photo while I was there. The staff contacted me and offered to hold the documents in case the photo was part of the application. Luckily, it wasn't, but she went above and beyond to help a customer.

This branch of Australia Post keeps performing badly. We received a notice about an undelivered parcel last Thursday. We made time (which turned out to be waste of time) to collect this parcel today (Monday). Then we were told it has been already delivered. We did collect another parcel last Tuesday. As it turned out the notice was about this earlier parcel. Why did they give us a final "urgent" notice 2 days after the item was delivered? It was confusing because we were expecting 2 parcels. Nobody wants to waste time like this. There were no apologies. They just said we turned up with the notice after delivery. Of course, it is not their fault!

Adding another episode. I organised a parcel collect at this post office. According to the tracking. It arrived there 7:50 am yesterday and it is not ready to pick up yet. It's nearly the 2 whole days at Pennant Hills. What are they doing?

I couldn't agree more with other contributors comments regarding the rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful staff working (& I use that term very generously) at Pennant Hills Post office.

The great news is, less then 5 minutes drive away, a polar opposite experience can be had at the Thornleigh branch. The staff there are not only helpful, but are pleasant, polite and a joy to deal with.

OMG, 4 years ago I had the displeasure of dealing with Pennant Hill Post Office which has to rate as the "worst Post office in Australia" the three old ladies were all so rude, not only to me but to every other customer.

I went there last week and to my surprise, the same old bitter ladies are still there, with their same bad attitude and same lack of customer service, last time I walked out in disgust from their bad attitude, this time I wanted to post a simple parcel, they created such a fuss around doing this simple task I just took my parcel and left.

I went to Thornleigh Post Office and the guys were so friendly, they had the parcel stamped and paid for in about 30 seconds.

I can't believe Australia Post allows these rude, disinterested people at Pennant Hills Post Office to represent them, Come on Australia Post, you can see from the comments there is a serious problem with Pennant Hills Post Office, they are doing a disservice to your name, Please Please get rid of these horrible old ladies, surely you can do better than this for all the local people who are forced to use this poor excuse of a Post Office, I vow to never go there again, I will do all my future dealing at Thornleigh Post Office.
