My son has been attending Aussie Kindies Blue Haven for over a year. We started in the nursery and now we are in the toddler room.
All of the educators are so lovely and my son has so much fun every day. They plan amazing activities every day and my son has thrived so much there. They made the process of starting daycare really easy for a first time mum!

Both my sons go to Aussie Kindies Blue Haven. My 4.5 year old had issues at his old school. Since attending Aussie Kindies for nearly a year now, he's come so so far and absolutely loves the school and the teachers. My 2 year old loves school and always has the best time. Cannot thank this school enough for all they have done for my boys!

I have been sending my 18 month old son here for about 6 months now and both me and him love it! When I first started looking into preschools I had no idea about anything and they were very helpful in any questions I had. Over the last 6 months I have found all the staff to be super friendly and my sons loves them all, they have taught him so much and I have never had any issues. If your looking for a good place to send your little ones then Aussie Kindies Blue Haven is highly recommended!

My daughter attended for close to 3 years. When it was Jellibeans it was a fantastic centre.
Since the change of company and director there has been nothing but issues.
They're constantly losing the care staff, all but two have gone (three if you include the lovely cook) and if you need to speak to anyone in management, they're either locked in the office behind shutters, "left early" or do not return phone calls/emails etc.
If you put in complaints, get ready to have it all swept under the rug.
Don't expect your children to be safe in their care either.
Such a shame that a good little preschool turned to trash.

I would not recommend this centre. The director of the centre is very rude and has been lying to me regarding my refund. They wanted to charge me full fees for sending my kids 2 days a fortnight without the Centrelink even kicked in, and I said I can't afford that and then however, I decided to cancel the enrollment but at that point they took half a wage from my account.
I have been chasing this up for more than a month to have my refund back. I have followed the refund steps, completed the refund form. However, when I contacted the director of the centre first time regarding it she said is not her job to give me my money back and I need to contact the refund team.
The refund team never answered to my emails.
I managed to speak with someone from Families that actually said to me that the manager of the cebtre lied and they never sent the confirmation email to them until 1 week ago. More than one month with half a wage not returned to me and I m still waiting for it.
Furthermore, the manager of the centre closed the phone in my nose and again saying to me that is not her job to give me my money back.
I m so HAPPY I never sent my children to this centre. Can you imagine how they must be treating the kids if that's how they treat potential customers?

My Son & Daughter go to this childcare centre, we’ve never had any problems, all the teachers and centre manager are so understanding and supportive of my children, they all do a wonderful job, can’t fault them.
