I do not recommend coming to this office as the consultant I had was not professional with me as it she was never efficient with answering my queries between appointments and never got back to me in a satisfactory manner. She was also not very great to deal with when it came to me transferring to a different provider as I wasn't happy with the service. My new appointment with my new provider got screwed over by her mistake as she changed it without me knowing to a date which clashed with other commitments I had on that day, it got to the point where I had to fix up her mess by ringing around to try and work out when I could see my new provider for my first appointment.

I can’t recommend this agency highly enough!! I am not a client but needed some general information on how job providers work due to never having had one myself. I initially spoke to a woman named Jackie at Asuria in Mt Druitt and was spoken to as if I was a moron who didn’t understand my own question and I was trying to request information on my daughters account and invade her privacy. That was NOT my intention whatsoever. After speaking to a lovely man with At Work St Mary’s he answered every question I had on how job providers work and was extremely helpful with helping me understand the general process and their role in helping people find work. If you are in the St Mary’s/ Mt Druitt area, ASK FOR “AT WORK” to be your provider. Their service is amazing.

They were all very friendly and helpful I went to start a job after not being in the workforce for ten years and I needed steel caps boots and uniform and they took me shopping to buy them and bought the most comfiest pants and I love my boots. I always feel welcome when I come in and I always get an answer straight away thank you to the girls at workforce Australia st Marys 🙂
