I'm writing to you simply to convey my appreciation of the service provided by AtWork Australia's employee Vivian Ngo.
From the first, she has helped myself and I'm certain countless others, in many ways I had little or no knowledge existed.
Always bright, enthusiastic and willing to help regardless how arduous the task may prove. When meeting in person she always has a smile and concern for my welfare, health and general well-being. And through correspondence via email, sms or over the phone her cheerfulness and caring nature is clearly evident.
From my upbringing I have a level of pride as such that I view any form of assistance as a hand out, and therefore, unwarranted upon myself and better directed to those in greater need. Through determination, Viv has managed to provide me assistance in a way I feel comfortable accepting, no mean feat I assure you.
In summary, AtWork Australia has an employee of the highest calibre with her, and I hope the company truly appreciates the level of service that she and others of her ilk provide.
