Sorry but that's a bad idea, there is a reason why some People go to an all-girls or an all-boys school. They should really re-consider the idea

the only thing notable about this school is how a fight went down a while ago it was lit? such a great fight, I also regret ever going the dingus who thought a tie being part of the uniform should have never had anything to do with school uniforms

Asquith boys high is the best high school my sons have been to. Compared to other public highs. The work ethic and confidence they have given my sons is amazing.
In a coeducational school they weren’t given as much work. At first on arrival at Asquith boys, they noticed how everyone was so fast at finishing their work in class. There was order and respect to teachers. They were given more work. The boys have found it more of a challenge then being bored in class, because the teacher isn’t distracted with class clowns or rude students.

They were bullied more at other schools because boys saw them as a threat to stealing their girlfriends.
There are no short skirts distracting them here at Asquith.
No fights. Not one.
Where the other co-ed highs, the boys were in fights everyday.
Asquith boys have shown them there is way more to life then survival.
They have great goals and are so ambitious now. They have a future. All thanx to the great principal and so many great teachers whom give them their challenges everyday to show them what they are really made of.

As a student of this school I can not believe these 1 star reviews this is school is not bad the bullying is very rare and is dealt with by teachers, Mean teachers are a given at any school but I’d say majority of teachers are lovely especially in the English department however I’d agree some teachers need to be more lenient on small things such as an untucked shirt or a forgotten tie, a very select few teachers need to be remind that yes it’s not school uniform but it’s not the end of the world and don’t need to overreact. The biggest problem this school has is the consist, expensive, unnecessary changes such as the new P.A system which could have gone towards replacing extremely outdated computers. However this school is a very fun place place that i have loved coming to just about everyday.

Quite honestly, I am a Behaviour Support Practitioner and my son was accepted into ABHS with the greatest warmth and support last year. He struggled initially with making new friends, but the principal, teachers, and staff were amazing. After three weeks, he made new friends and started year 10 today with an amazing group of friends. Asquith Boys High has my utmost respect and support.
