Does no one answer the phone, answer messages or clear the voice mail? What's the point of trying to make contact? Should we all show up at the front door?
Ridiculous. If a private business operated like this they'd be shut down.

Sent my transcript out about a month ago and still no scholarship. I've called them 3-4 times a week and they give me the typical "should come in by 3-5 days" I just called the U of A to find out the process by ADHE is not even done. Also when I tried calling them a few weeks ago there was a new person in the desk that hung up on me LITERALLY 6 times and laughed about it to then be redirected to some rude customer service.
It SUCKS to know we have to depend on these people to be able to go to school. I would bet 100 dollars they won't care about this comment but I can't because I barely have 2 dollars in my account. Oh thank you so much ADHE.

Okay where do I start.

The ADHE people of the Arkansas challenge scholarship often bad service.

1. They refuse to look for your transcripts if you send them in.

2. If you didn’t sign up for the scholarship while in freshmen year, you lose whatever money you could had ever got. Because whenever you have 120 hours all aid stops. Therefore, if you’re a Junior like me you’ll only get one half of the money you could had ever been rewarded.

3. I waited on my college to send in my transcripts because they had problems sending the mail. Now most likely since it’s past June the 1st, and my application still says that it isn’t there. Today is June 5th and still no changes in my application, therefore most likely it’s there and they don’t care to push it though. (Once again if I miss out on the scholarship this fall, I lose more money because i’m Running out of hours.)

4. The customer Service people don’t care.
