Dodgy as. No web page, no physical store and the guy on the phone tried to get personal info without providing any clarity on what products/services they provide.

A real shame, as 8-10 years ago, it was a fantastic company to buy a PC from.

A small computer store in an industrial area. Good range and cheap prices. Store is a bit hard to find. It is located behind the Subway Store on Silverwater Road. Plenty of parking underground as you drive in or take a chance and try for a spot outside the store. Friendly guys. Eager to help. Good prices. Fast Service and no queue when I was there. Will shop here again.

1. Ordered an "in stock" item (8GB memory) to later be told it would need to be transferred in
2. Followed up via email the following week and was told it would be shipped ASAP. I explained there was an urgent need for the memory.
3. Shipped me 4GB instead of 8GB of memory.
4. They refuse to ship me the 8GB module until they've recieved the 4GB module in return - even though I have already explained that I need to use the (incorrect) module until the new one arrives.
Absolutely do not deal with these guys. Uncompromising and unwilling to assist; I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Decent prices and some price matching willingness.

Prices are sometimes cheaper in person than on their website too. 🙂
