I have attended many of Bella’s yoga classes over the years and find her teaching style unique in the best way possible. Her knowledge and deep understanding of yoga principles and history gives the class a whole other element I didn’t realise I needed. She has a very calming, relaxing, soothing energy about her and is understanding of every persons body and abilities. I always come out of her sessions with my body feeling stronger but also more fluid and relaxed mentally and physically.

I always feel very zen after attending Bella's classes. She has a gentle teaching style which translates well to both beginner style poses and trickier technique work. Her classes are a nice combo of slow stretches and some faster flows and the breath work is calming and easy to follow. There is also a lovely social element to the class, with giggling allowed if you fall off your perch. Morning classes sometimes end with a coffee and a chat if you're not in a rush.

Every class of Bella's is carefully crafted for a whole mind-body-spirit flow.
No matter how stressed, stiff or tired I feel coming into the room, I leave feeling limber, calm and centred.
I've done a lot of yoga with a lot of different teachers but get something unique out of Bella's teaching each time.
