Staff member refused to exchange a rashie, three days after purchase because it had been washed and did not have the tags(not attached because of the wash). The item was too small and wanted to exchange for a larger one. I had the receipt, but said I should have been told that there was no exchange on purchase - I was not.
Receipt states refund are acceptable for separate top items.

Five stars for the helpful staffs on the ground floor. There's a lot of stuff to go through in their shop and I'd love to return.

Zero stars for Bobbie the cashier who helped me when I asked for gift receipt. I should've checked before leaving because she gave me a tax invoice. Are gift receipts too unusual? They existed for however long as I know.

Satire

Visited this shop looking for a surf design Tshirt for my son. While talking to the helpful staff I commented that it's a pity that all the T shirts only had branding but no designs. As the owner/manager rushed passed he rudely commented: "It's a surf shop, that's what we sell". There was no need for that discourteous comment. Lucky he's got good staff, or the place would go broke.
PS. It's not a surf shop at all, mate. It's an advertising brand outlet. Learn some manners.

It took 20 mins until I found someone to serve us and then 20 minutes to find the shoes to sell us. It took another 15 min to pay for the items. We had a 3year old with us and she was getting very board and loud with the owner saying smart comments to me about the three year old when if his service was better we could have made it out of the shop In 15minutes instead of close to an hour the three year old would have been quite fine. Will never buy from them again.

We drove from Sydney to purchase a SUP here. Had a particular board in mind and called ahead to check stock. The service couldn’t have been more professional, both Ben over the phone and Justin in person. The price was very competitive and our particular board was $100 less expensive than elsewhere. The big deal for us was it wasn’t pink (only colour available everywhere else). We learnt lots during our visit and Justin even applied rail tape, carried the board out of the shop and put it on our roof racks for us. Such an impressive operation and such friendly guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business.

Great shopping experience today. Was in need of a wet suit for my 10yr old who has asd. Older gent served us. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Made what could have been a very hard experience into a very good one. He made her feel very comfortable

Get all my wax and surfing needs from here. How's this......needed legrope stringer connector. Super helpful young bloke who sold me the item for only 50cents each. Last time I got a bargain like this was buying 1cent choc buds in Primary School.
