We have returned to aquarobics classes after a trip overseas and just feel like we're home again. Great welcome back from friendly staff. The classes are great and the instructors are enthusiastic.

Terrible management, front desk, and admin. Good instructors. Sad to have had so many communication, booking, and payment issues over the last 6months. Serious cause of stress for my family. Will be leaving them after 3yrs of membership.

My daughter suffers separation anxiety and has refused to get in to the pool for lessons for six months and then we tried aquatic achievers. Every teacher she has had has taken the time to distract her with stories of mermaids and magic or water toys and within minutes she has completely forgotten being scared and is enjoying her lesson. One very happy mum

Great swim school, my daughter attended for a year from about 1 years old. She has sight issues which they always understood and helped with. Her favourite teacher was Alison who was amazing 👌
Also you can make up lessons if you miss any which is great especially as kids can get sick so often. Unfortunately we have moved so can't attend anymore.

Instructors are good, but the sessions are extremely short. With 4 kids per one instructor the actual swimming / learning time for my 5 y.o.daughter was no longer than 3 to 4 minutes (counted). The rest was waiting, talking, giggles, splashing but very little learning. Obviously the kids will quickly forget whatever they learnt in these 3 minutes. So, after 5 months or 20 sessions very little progress if any. This is also 20 sessions of your return trips, waiting, showering your kid, changing etc - not worth! Get private lessons elsewhere, these guys don't have them. Gone elsewhere, so far much better.

This has been the best swimming experience my 6 y.o. grandson ever had. He has attended in the past to different classes, at different places; however, none of them enabled him to develop the necessary confidence to be in the water.
This time, thankfully we found Brooke Withers and luckily he had the wonderful Mauricio as his instructor throughout 2 weeks in January(the first within a small group intensive, and the second with daily 1 to 1 classes). Mauricio, with his excellent professionalism and lovely attitude, characterised by a special
combination of warmth & humour, could offer my grandson the necessary safe container to enable him trust the water and trust his own self in it.
All our family is elated with his progress in such a short period of time, and are giving Mauricio de top mark as an instructor.

First instructor was good, second not was not. At $20 per half hour starting 5 minutes late matters. Instructor spoke to the other instructor instead of my kid and seemed uninterested. Pool is warm and small which is good, but waste of money with learning to swim.

Excellent! My 3 year old has progressed significantly in just 6 months since joining Brooke Withers Swim School. Great facilities, teachers are so caring great at what they do, even when my 3 year old has thrown tantrums in the water! Would highly recommend.
