Terrible job provider.
I got horribly sick on Monday and got a doctors medical certificate indicating I'm unable to attend any appointments from Monday-Friday as I was ill.
What they decided to do with the information is book me an appointment for Wednesday regardless of me being sick, I missed that of course.
They then booked me in for Friday, missed that aswell.
Got a text telling me I missed my obligations aka my appointments I was medically unable to attend.
They threaten to stop my payments unless I see or get in contact with them within 5 days, this is day 3 as it was the start of the weekend.
Called them 4 times and got zero response on Monday, will call them today but most likely will get nothing as per usual from them.
They don't seem to care at all.

Has staff went the inability to understand what no means and likes to force their views on clients because they can. They support clients by making all the choices for them and then ditching them with the responsibility. They deserve so much praise for crippling people with disabilities.

Desperate Service Providers. Only care to meet there weekly quotas at your cost !!! Pressure health compromised people into inappropriate work positions. They are very sad people indeed.
