I don’t often put in the effort to write a review but this place and the people are awful. I thought my last job provider was bad, moved address and got put with APM Engadine (Which does not exist by the way! They told me it’s just Sutherland, why the fake address? Trying to get more contracts from Centrelink?) They are rude, they don’t look at me in the face, apparently need 24 hour appointment changes, told them I missed my appointment due to family issues (provided them with the full, intense details I will keep private here) and they said doesn’t matter, needed to give 24 hour notice and I have to keep my demerit. Heartless! I’m changing job providers and am on hold to put in a complaint to workforce Australia right now.

So glad to see that this place has other bad reviews, I’ve noticed other job providers look like they are using bots to get 5 star reviews…

If I could give 0 stars I would. They're completely useless and lack compassion. I've uploaded medical certificates, called them multiple times and called centrelink multiple times, they have no idea how to help or what to do. If you have a disability or an inability to leave the house for any reason, DO NOT expect help from these people.

NOTE ONLY PUT ONE STAR SO I COULD POST REALLY I WOULD NOT RATE THEM ANY STARSThe manager here Maria was well aware I am working 2 jobs but still she felt the need to cut off my payments all because I wanted to work instead of going to a meeting that can be done over the phone. She annoys working people not the people that need help finding work she won’t help them she rather pick on people working or struggling I told her I had no petrol I could get to Sutherland but not home she said she will help where she can I get to Sutherland in 30degree heat and she didn’t even show up to the meeting my dog and I are now walking back to caringbah dripping in sweat.
All she cares about is ticking her boxes not doing the right thing they won’t even give centrelink my correct wage rate highly advise anyone looking for a job to consider hiring a dog before apm as a dog will do a better job then that lot.

Absolutely useless, months with them as an employment provider and NOT ONE job referral, I have a Bachelor degree and am more than qualified for a number of jobs. As far as I can tell they have not made any sort of effort to look for a position for me, if you’re actually looking for some sort of assistance, look elsewhere. Disgusting service, just worried about checking boxes so they can get their government payment, pathetic excuse for an employment provider.

Heartless people only looking to get there BONUSES. Try putting you in any job to reach there KPI's. APM workers at Sutherland made fun of clients to each other. Very disrespectful place with NO HEART!

Wow this place really is the worst job agency you could possibly go to especially if you get a guy called Nick he cancels your payments all the time is rudely spoken doesn't dress professionally and also lies to his clients i will be taken this further to fair trading. I had an anxiety attack in there and left and says i have engaged in full time employment what a joke

This is not an employment agency. The people that work there are just compliance officers working for the government. These people can stop your welfare money on a requirement that doesn’t exist.
