After I signed in, I waited a little while for someone to come and talk with me to check if I had an appointment, but no longer than a couple of minutes. I arrived an half hour early (in case of paperwork) and the agent was happy to see me early. They answered any questions that I had and were polite and friendly.

This business is one of the most inept and useless places I have ever seen!!
1-no receptionist..you have to wait up to an hour to be seen to while the workers stand around chatting about their weekends.
2-they claim they send you letters about upcoming appointments even though you never receive them.
3-they don’t even help you when you are searching for a job (I.E resumes)
4-they pass you around from case manager to case manager at a ridiculous pace and you have to start the process over and over again.
5-the workers at the St Mary’s branch are the most arrogant bunch of people I have ever seen.

All in all I definitely would NOT recommend this pathetic company to anyone seeking employment!!
