When I initially spoke with one of your employees, I was given certain information regarding my situation, however, when I later spoke with the manager, I was told something completely different. Instead of working towards a resolution or apologising, the manager was dismissive, rude, and ultimately ended the call abruptly by hanging up on me. This behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional. Now i understand why plenty of other people have rated this place a 1 star.

I have been visiting Matthew for a while. He is the best consultant and always give me great advice! The office manager is also very friendly and helpful. I try to look for full time job opportunities and Matthew put in a lot of effort to help me out.

For example, he told me to apply jobs in smart way rather than hard way, which is make my job application more efficiently.
