I dont know how i got referred to them. Runs by unprofessional people. For constant 2 days have been harrased by 2 different people. I got so many medical exmeption and history and they blame me for being medically sick.Not going to mention their name but lady T and Lady R).
Lady T said why i was in different branch when u don't even live there. My response was why dont u ask centerlink they are the one who assigned me. It's not me where i chose to go. ‍♂️. They said i was rude etc skipping all the time and not meeting with them face to face. When i never ever got a call from them before as who my job seekr agency was prior to this. Always complained i was so rude which in fact it was them who was being rude.
It's like when you trying to tell them your situation and ur history they don't want to listen.
2nd day Lady R called me up and started asking me same thing that lady T was asking a day prior to this. I said to her its supose to be all in my file and system since only a day ago i answered all this questionnaires. Her response "I was with her sitting next to her when she called and she didn't asked you anything & lady t didnt write anything so thats why I'm asking again. (pathological liars) ‍♂️ I responded back isnt it her responsibility to update in the system and instead of being rude to me you should chase her up why she didnt update in her system in her end. Her response 'its not my responsibility to chase up people or whoever that person is".
I have been given medical exmeption due to to my disability and im still working meeting all the criterias prior to this #rude Lady R said "only she can approve for exmeption you cant get exemption from centerlink"

Lady R told me she will suspend/cancel my case and will notify centerlink because i was so rude and she hung up on me.

It's not an employment service. It is a service that profits from not helping you but annoying you. Do not provide any info if you get a job by yourself so they won't get any commissions.

I am a tax payer. For some reason, I met with them. I talked an unprofessional staff who didn't know how to talk with people. It was very rude and unprofessional conversation!!!
