Phone went flat and missed my phone appointment on a Friday afternoon, was told to call back within 2 business days or have my centrelink payment cut off. Called back on Monday, was told id get a call back. Received no call. On Wednesday got told my paymemts were cut off. Called them again, got told id receive a call back when my worker was out of a meeting. After waiting a few hours called them again to see what was going on. My worker finally takes the call and says even though i have a degree in IT i need to find "suitable work like washing dishes". Im happy to take any job remotely related to IT and they cant seem to do anything for me. They missed 3 phone appointments in a row when they said theyd call me to see how my job search was going. What do these people actually get paid to do? Id love a job with them seems like they do nothing with no consequences.

Disgusting human beings who are supposed to be working with people who have mental and physical disabilities. They have no regard to people who suffer mental illnesses and no compassion or empathy.

Totally disgusted with their service, missed a call from them (mind you they were 45mins late) called back not even 5mins later nothing and then had my payments cut off even though I rang them 3 more times and they never got back to me and then I rang and spoke to them about a job I was interested in just needed the tickets for it and they told me yup I'll call you back tomorrow with the details and we can help but I got no phone call and the job is now gone
