I came to Anne and the Reignite your spark program at a time when I felt directionless and was losing confidence in myself socially. I didn’t believe there was any value in my day post retirement. I had started to doubt myself in my relationships with family and friends and at time even total strangers.

Anne and the Reignite your spark program allowed me to create what I now call my personal bible. I can refer back to the bible when I need a bit of a reset or lift. It is also a work in progress manual that I can continually update as I discover new aspects and pathways about myself and where I am going. The delivery of the videos is very clear, sensitive and understanding. I always felt Anne was talking directly to me. Completing the questionnaires and handouts made the process interactive and flowed and developed as I became more confident in the process and therefore more honest in my answers.

Anne and the program reminded me of my strengths which I had largely come to take for granted. Anne was able to identify areas of my life I needed to work on to reignite my confidence. The goal setting exercise and affirmations were key to me getting back on the right path and helped calm my busy but destructive mind. I have embraced meditation, a tool for calming my busy mind that I had previously been very sceptical of.

The best aspect of the course was teaching me to be honest with those closest to me. When to say No and when to say Yes based on pleasing myself not everyone else. This has led to far less drama in my life and relationships.
