Have been using this training platform for 3 months now and have learned so much! There’s so much content and so many course you can take courtesy of Ananas and it has helped me learn so much about many different spirits and their history. In particular I recently completed the Patrón basics class and won a competition for a bottle of Patrón reposado tequila! Learning the history of this distilling family with the added bonus of being able to then sample their spirit from the comfort of my own home is amazing. Props up to Ananas for creating and maintaining such an amazing platform/resource ? ?

I come across Ananas by shire luck. I have finished a couple of courses with them and surprisingly enjoy every part. They are excellent educators and absolute rock stars in their profession. If you are looking to get a little upskill in your hospitality job, you should check some of Ananas' courses. I am just, out of curiosity, studying Australian Gin professional course. I have always desired to make my own gin, and reading about Australian gin production and the people behind them is fascinating. Absolutly love it. I highly recommend it.

I've been using Ananas Academy to refresh my Cocktail Bar and spirits knowledge, and I personally think it's a well structured Bar training tool, with a mix of written content and demonstration videos which make the whole journey more engaging, easy to understand and pleasurable than merely reading a cocktail book.
