Great place to introduce martial arts to kids, teens and adults.

My daughter has trained with the coaches for the last 5 years and is now training for her black belt. She also does performance shows with the Alpha kids team at various events throughout the year.

The coaches are great with kids and the kids really enjoy coming to train here.

They offer heaps of other classes such as open class which is free for all to practise, strengthening class, striking and many more.

Lots of parking in the area and worth coming to do something different and meet lots of people.

Alpha coaches are your ultimate gee-up team! As soon as you set foot inside Alpha HQ, you are greeted with a smile and all things positive vibes.

My kids love the energy, the friends they have made and adore every single one of the Alpha coaches.

Alpha coaches are great role models for the kids (and humans in general, if I'm being honest) so I am happy to make the 1hr round trip, 3 x per wk for my kids to train at Alpha Unit.

We’ve recently joined Alpha Unit and the instructors are not only highly skilled but dedicated to helping students grow. The class atmosphere is lots of fun, positive, and the variety of techniques taught keeps each session engaging. Their program is built on classic foundations with a mixture of tricking, strength and conditioning weaved throughout.
My child goes 3 x a week and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn martial arts with a little flair.
