I hired an air mattress for my father last April and have had trouble with the accounts department ever since. Their lack of communication and indifference to problems is appalling. The latest problem occurred when money was taken illegally out of my account and one of the managers told me I had signed up for direct debit last April. A lie! If that were the case, why was money only taken out for the first time last week. Deceit, lies, incompetence, disorganisation, lack of communication etc etc. This team needs a wake up call!!

Exceptional after sales service from Alphacare at Cardiff:
In August 2016 I purchased a base model transit wheelchair for my sick wife. In December the wheelchair suffered a major component failure and was virtually unusable.
We had just left for a short holiday at Jervis Bay, arriving down there on a Sunday..
I called Alphacare first thing on Monday morning, and they didn't hesitate to provide us with a full replacement, and fast tracked the delivery direct to us at our holiday rental at Jervis Bay. We received the replacement on Tuesday morning at 10:30.
Unfortunately the replacement wheelchair suffered some minor damage in transit, so I again reported this to Alphacare.
They suggested that when I was home again I bring it out and they would see what had to be done. A few days after arriving back home I took the 2nd wheelchair to Alphacare and they replaced it without hesitation.
I don't think I've ever had such good after sales service.

Was constantly told after calling that my order was on it's way. 5 weeks later said I was going to cancel and it was miraculously sent that day. The bed was not used and they wouldn't refund the day after it arrived.

Appalling accounts staff. Unprofessional on the phone. Phoned demanding payment for an item paid for by phone eight days earlier (with receipt issued). Seemed to think it was my issue to prove it. I suggested that she check her records and call me back . I will not be dealing with this firm again.
