My son's caseworker is one of the nicest hardworking , respectable and responsible person I've ever met she has gone above and beyond in her relationship with my son and I am very grateful 🙂 although " quote" " I'm not a petal " and I feel like that's great protection for my son

Don't rent your house to them. Be aware some staff appear to have light fingers. When you rent your home you don't expect something to be taken...disgusted...ps this was not a small item and took several people to take...they know who they are...don't worry their day will come...

I attend Alambi care as a client here the company does not generally care for you and only try and Benefit the carers. I have only been here for 4 months and I have had multiple incidents leading to me going to hospital and they still put the same carer on that caused this I have had physical and verbal conflict with this carer and hospital trips and there trying to put her on my team even though the psychiatrist has said not too do this don’t send your kids here. The way management handles things is a disgrace and also don’t get a job here carers complain about working here because of management also

And they also refuse to buy mattress and make the client sleep on the ground.

HATE THIS PLACE!

Also, they steal your stuff and don’t listen to you nor answer you when trying to get in contact

Also carers that have just finished training, believe it’s okay to assault clients

I spent years in this care place. Not only are the workers absolutely disrespected by management, they have zero idea how to manage children with higher needs. The organisational skills are nonexistent and the client rarely ever sees the “supports” that are put in place at case meetings. I had hoped the organisation would improve as years went on but any involvement I’ve had since or in sharing stories with other clients AND old workers, it is just as disgustingly run as ever.
Do not send your clients here, try EVERY other organisation first.

Had our investment property trashed whilst rented out to Allambi Care. Allambi care left the property with significant damage and had replaced fixtures and fittings without permission, and put in cheap inferior items and made dodgy repairs. They are Criminals, breaking legally binding contracts, and not paying for repairs agreeded to.

So I tried them but when it didn't work it got thrown bk into my face.. She compared her step children to mine.. I know everything about her family including work place. No paper work was ever filled out just alot of empty promises,. Made me feel I wasn't cut out to be a parent so I left my 6 year relationships
