My experience was nowhere near as bad as the reviews shown. First, it has a cosy, well set-up lobby for us to stay and wait while arriving early. The room is kind of worn but tidy and reasonably equipped with plenty of space. The location is unbeatable for us to catch an early flight, especially with the price they charge. The Chinese lady at the counter is friendly and helpful.

Very bad experience. Rooms are very noisy, very very small. Overpriced at over $200 a night. Room 110. I unfortunately had a faulty air conditioning unit which leaked down onto the side cabinet and bed. I informed reception who noted I was unable to move as they were full but could ask for a refund the next day. Upon asking the manager the next day. It was then stated this was never said and I made it up and that I could pay 200+ for another night if I wanted a different room and they would then offer a free drink as compensation. The bed and cover was drenched through on the right side so I had to sleep on the left. They asked why I didn’t move the bed around the room when I saw it leaking…? My laptop was sat on the side cabinet being dripped onto for however long I was out getting dinner. I have since taken it to a repair shop who have stated I should change the board inside and will need replacing, yet the hotel have ignored any communication and avoided answering any multiple emails with reports, pictures, quotes on the laptop and have offered no apology or any assistance in the matter. Needs a full refresh of management and closing down.

Well the place is decorated quite nicely and I definitely had enough pillows. This hotel suffers from being in the line of three major roads that are quite noisy. The Google maps has a picture of a shuttle bus but at some point management has changed or the caretakers of the hotel not sure and they no longer have a shuttle bus, so if your coming from the airport don’t expect that. You can uber there for like $12 or take the train and walk as the station isn’t too far. I intended to take a shower and get a good night sleep but the hot water only seems to work In the mornings and the hotel staff hasn’t installed double paned windows, (which is actually a law In Sydney near the airport but I’m sure there is some loophole they have for being an older character hotel or something to not have to do that.) so I didn’t sleep until like 11pm when all the traffic died down. I had an early flight at 6am and hadn’t slept much the night before so it was a pain. The towel they left me in my room was actually a foot mat and not really a towel and it was tiny. Not really enough to dry myself. When I asked if they had any rooms with hot water and that were not so noisy outside the highway they said they were fully booked. It seemed weird for a Wednesday night but I guess this is why nothing had gotten fixed since the good owners left because they have enough guests due to the proximity of the airport that they just don’t bother. If you are going to use the hotel room late at night and you don’t mind showering in the morning instead of the night it’s probably okay. The beds were not super comfortable but they were reasonable and the hotel is kept quite clean so you won’t have any issues there.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures and is in a loud, busy intersection. I booked a deluxe double room but was given a tiny, windowless shoebox next to reception. After complaining, I was moved to another so-called deluxe room where the bathroom wasn’t even separate from the bedroom—the shower was next to the bed, and I could reach the fridge from the toilet. The noise was horrendous, like sleeping on a highway, and even the earplugs provided by the hotel did nothing to help. Never again.

I arrived late and guests where holding the door open for people to enter, no one security, no hotel staff at all. I had to carry my 32kg bag all the way to my room in the roof. as soon as i opened the door i spotted 2 cockroaches, a few minutes later other 2 big ones on the fridge and on the door. Lastly another one on the bed.. I called secuirty (theres a number on the wall) I asked to change rooms they said no, i wasnt there more than 20 minutes, i reported it with expedia after leaving and after 2 days they denied my request for a partiall or full refund. Please DO NOT stay here.. not even that close to the airport

For the price we paid, just under $500 the room was no where near adequate. Each room was far too small, like a coffin stay in Korea. Every wall was cracked, miss patched paint, bog in wall to fill holes, miss matched tapes in shower, shower door opened onto vanity, slapped together bathroom, cabinetry were water logged brittle chipped and falling apart, no floor mat, next to no hot water , noise beyond bearable from outside traffic, supposed to be airport hotel for those travelling with large heavy suitcase, no lift. Air con did not work, shutters kept zero sun out, room smelt, cheaply ā€œrenovatedā€ but looked like a half way house. All their money was spent in the foyer and minimal in the rooms. I will never stay again and would love a refund.

This isn’t us exaggerating because we knew of two other guests who were placed in a room where the single bed rested against the bathroom vanity and their head was beside the toilet. The roof was paint black and the receptionist made mention she has certain people frequent that room so you should like it too..

By rights if there is some sort of accommodation travel inspector this place should be reviewed and closed.

Absolutely NOT worth $500 per night

Pretty good for the price. First room was not acceptable, however after explaining to the front desk that in our country it is not customary to observe your partner taking a giant dump, we were moved to a room which did not have the toilet next to the bed. We walked to the airport.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. It is a scam on the name of a hotel and you will regret moment you arrive at the hotel. In an effort to save some money you are going to lose every penny that you spend. Most unfriendly staff who only answer in No for everything and are hardly present at reception or elsewhere. Size of the room is pathetic and doesn’t match the published room size. Washbasins and toilets are nearly hanging over the bed and without any exhaust.Double Bed size is good enough only for two kids. There are no cupboards. Your luggage however small can not be placed anywhere. On the name of amenities you will find cheap dirty crockery. Bed sheets and linen are smelly and not even dried up. Traffic noise will not let you sleep. So don’t save some money on the name of closeness to airport. 20 mins drive in a better place will get you 24 hours of satisfaction than 05 mins drive with lifelong disappointment and frustration. If you still wish to go ahead….all the best to you.
