I have done my Wave 1 and Wave 2 freediving course with Adventure Freedivers and would highly recommend. The instructors are all super knowledgable and experienced, thus able to give you feedback after each dive/breath hold to improve. Due to the small group number, they can tailor the course to you to get the most out of it with varying abilities. I comfortably did breath holds and dives longer and deeper than I ever thought I could do under their guidance. All the instructors are personally trained under Max’s instructor bootcamp and supervision, thus you are guaranteed to have the best experience and training. I’ve already booked in for my next course and boat trip. Can’t wait to continue freediving and improving my skills.

I just did a 2-day freediving beginner course with Max. I am not a water person and it is out of my comfortable zone. It has provided me great experiences. Max's coaching is great. I recently went on the 2 day Wave1 free diving course with Max and 2 other instructors, Karen and Rex. Day 1 was theory and getting familiar with diving in the pool and Day 2 was spent in the ocean. What a great weekend of learning and adventure. All the instructors were great, very encouraging and helpful. It was a great experience and would highly recommend.

My partner and I did our Wave 1 Molchanovs freediving course with Max last weekend, and I can't recommend her and Adventure Freedivers enough for anyone, whether you're new to diving or pushing new boundaries in the sport. Max is an incredibly experienced, approachable and patient instructor. She is attentive and able to adapt and tailor all elements of the course to the individuals in the group. The course was structured in a way that felt balanced, enjoyable and allowed us all to challenge ourselves in a controlled environment, which meant that I achieved personal bests with my breath hold, underwater lengths in the pool and depth during line training. I'm looking forward to more experiences with Adventure Freedivers, and would encourage you to do the same!

I did the wave 1 course with Max and it was a blast. The course structure balances theory and practical perfectly. I particularly enjoyed Max’s teaching style, teaching is such a skill and it's not something everyone can do, Max broke down all the key points for us really well and created an environment where it was chilled, relaxed, safe and open to discussion which I loved. She encouraged all of us to explore our limits whilst building an environment where we felt comfortable and safe. On top of this Max is a top human and her energy makes everyone on the course feel valued and apart of the free-diving journey. I started learning freediving this year and was lucky enough to do my course with Adventure Freedivers. My instructor Maxine was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient in assisting me to build up my skills. Most importantly, safety is always taken seriously during the training sessions, so you can always feel at ease with a peace of mind.

I would highly recommend anyone to kickstart their learning with Adventure Freedivers to get into the sport.

I recently did the LAP 3 with Maxine
Max's clear direct and focus on the basics cemented a clear understanding of the simple effective "why" from previous freediving courses for successful safe freediving.
The course was transformative in assisting me to put-it-all-together.
