Great institute for babies and kids. My son joined as 8 months old, all helpful friendly staff. Allowed feeding and initial sessions for baby settle down. Celebrating festive, birthday and my son growing up happily in this wonderful day care. Highly recommend this place.

The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment for the children. The facilities are clean, safe and well-equipped with engaging activities.

We migrated from New Zealand early this year and were anxious as to how our little one would settle. During our visit, the centre manager and teachers shared lot of information that helped us understand how it all works. We were excited with the facility walkthrough as it resembled how it was for my child back in NZ which filled us with confidence that our child would be in safe hands.
10 months down the line, my child thrived here making great friends and learning new things every day. I appreciate the daily updates and photos which keeps us connected to our child experiences.

It has been two months since I began sending my son Arjun to daycare, and I am truly amazed by how quickly he has settled in. Every morning, as I take him to daycare, he eagerly greets his favorite educators with a smile and happily waves me goodbye. I am so proud of how much he has grown—he surprised me recently when he started dancing to songs like "Wheels on the Bus" and "Baby Shark," something he didn’t show interest in before. He has also developed a newfound love for sensory play, which he previously wasn’t very fond of.

I am incredibly grateful to Ms. Sheena, Ms. Rachel, and Ms. Asha for their dedication and care in nurturing Arjun’s development. Their influence has truly contributed to making him the joyful and confident child he is today. Thank you for all that you do!

Incredible Care and Support for Our Child

We are so grateful for the wonderful experience our daughter Ariel had at AEL. Ariel was the very first child at this branch, and the nurturing, loving environment provided by the team has been nothing short of amazing. Some of her most precious milestones, like her first steps, happened here, and the team was always great at keeping us updated with lovely photos of her journey.

We especially appreciated the fun and thoughtful initiatives, like Mother’s Day and Father’s Day celebrations, and the extra activities like dance and sports, which Ariel absolutely loved. The warmth and dedication of the staff truly made a difference in her life, and we are so thankful for everything they've done.

Ariel’s last day was September 19th, 2024, and while it’s hard to say goodbye, we leave with deep gratitude. The care, support, and positive atmosphere provided at AEL have been such a blessing, and we’ll always treasure the memories.

My 2 boys (1 & 4) attend Advanced Early Learning Westmead and having experienced quite a few different care situations since my eldest was born, I can honestly say this is the most outstanding experience I have had.
There is always a warm welcome by Ms Belinda and Miss Marlene on arrival which just sets the tone for the day, the teachers are amazing, informative, and loving. They always communicate and are transparent about everything, I know my boys are in safe hands and never have to worry as I know they are being cared for.
The daily updates are the best! Putting me at ease knowing my boys are learning while having lots of fun.
If you are looking for quality care with a safe, clean, and fun environment, then I highly recommend Advanced Early Learning Westmead.

I strongly advise against enrolling your toddler in this childcare center if you are seeking a quality learning environment. The teachers appear to lack the necessary skills and experience, and the area manager demonstrates unprofessional behavior. While the center may present well in terms of facilities and resources, the teaching quality is subpar.

There seems to be a noticeable disparity in care, as the children of some teachers receive significantly better attention than others. I urge potential parents to consider this carefully before making a decision. Communication via the Owna app is often problematic, with frequent inaccuracies and a lack of updates regarding my child's progress. When I raised concerns, the common excuse provided was, "Our internet is down," which became a recurring theme.

Additionally, there seems to be a culture of favoritism prevalent in the center, as photos of teachers' children are disproportionately featured in communications compared to other students. If questioned about this, the response often suggests that participation in activities is not mandatory, implying that only the children of teachers are inclined to engage.

The area manager exhibits a dismissive and confrontational attitude, refusing to acknowledge any shortcomings on her part or that of her staff, even when presented with evidence. Attempts to meet with the director have been met with delays, indicating a lack of accountability in addressing issues.

While some parents may perceive positive ratings for the center, it is worth noting that these are some teachers whose own children are enrolled had given the good rating.
