Advance Grappling Academy is a really great place to train. The facility is very spacious and everything is of high standard. That being said it is friendly and welcoming and everyone is very nice and helpful. I think what shines is the learning experience and its design for efficient progress. We train using games that have specific rules that let us learn with constrained movements while sparing. This gives less experienced members more time learning in areas we would otherwise not be able to. Also giving more experienced members the opportunity to practice in areas they otherwise may not because they can negate it. So it’s really a fun win win. Anyway the place is great , the trainings great and the people are great. Come train come have fun!

Advanced Grappling has offered me an amazing environment where everyone is welcoming and eager to help me maximise my experience in every class. As a female in martial arts, I’ve often struggled to find a space where I felt safe and valued, but here, those principles are truly prioritised . The instructor’s extensive knowledge is remarkable, he tailors his teaching to accommodate all skill and fitness levels, adapting techniques to ensure everyone succeeds. His passion for the sport is inspiring, and after training with him, I find my own love for Brazilian jujitsu growing with every session.

Best jiu jitsu and no gi grappling gym iv ever trained at. I have trained with the owner jack for over six years now, Best coach iv ever trained under without a doubt.

Great for advanced practitioners or complete beginners, any given night youre training with guys that have medalled at some of the biggest comps in the country or state at most levels.

I’ve been training with Jack for a bit over seven years, and only a few instructors can match his deep knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and his ability to break techniques down into finer details. Whether you’re completely new to grappling or experienced grappler this gym has something for you. Whether its the high-level bjj or the laid-back vibe, I'm sure there is a spot for everyone.
