I was not hoping to write any negative review based on my earlier experience but today when i went to collect my certificate which was issued on march they asked me to pay $50 extra when i told the lady on the desk that its not mentioned on email neither when i emailed few weeks back regarding my certificate collection .Her manner of handling the situation was very impolite and illogical,she insisted repeatedly that I needed to collect within 90 days.
I asked her to display it on the terms and conditions or elsewhere that $50 is charged after 90 days, but she was uncertain however,kept on saying it is thier policy .

I'm merely providing feedback since many Nepalese students come to your college expecting assistance, but the customer service requires significant improvement.You can't simply demand payment for everything however, if you have additional charges, be sure to include them in your terms or conditions .
When you enhance your service and genuinely assist the student, they will naturally give you a five-star review without you needing to ask.
I could have gone further, but this is a sincere review based on my experience, and I urge all fellow Nepalese to voice their concerns when necessary.

My experience with advance college is really bad. I lost my job because of my certificate they didn’t gave me proper information about certificate too and when i asked help me give me number they talked to me so rudely and said they don’t have any transcript for my course which is so unreliable and disgusting and now again I’ve to pay to get my certificate and i’ve done double placement for my new certificate which is out of tolerance. I’ll not recommend any of my friends to join this college
