At 62 diagnosed with ADHD, my eldest daughter now 35, battled alone since 17 as I was unable to help her. Information wasn't available then so use as much resources now as you can find. It's so important. All 3 daughters have battled food issues, insecurity, panic attacks & also communication now is very hard to discuss.
