I emailed everyone I could at this agency, but they don’t respond no matter what. All I want is clarification on why my application was rejected without any explanation. The job required no experience, and I completed the site tour as well as the drug and alcohol test, knowing I would pass. Yet, after all that, they simply told me I failed without giving a reason.

Applied for a job, went to the walkthrough, booked my drug and alchol test, last week it got cancelled by one person by email, i replied to said email same day (10/9) called up to check if it was correct got told it was a mistake and it was still on. I received a reminder email that i had the test an hour beforehand (17/9) , i was there an hour early to show i was eager for the job. I’ve only just got a reply after the email today (18/9)after wasting my time yesterday and the fortnight before for the walkthrough. I honestly thought looking at reviews and hearing word of mouth how good an agency it is compared to chandler that it might’ve been different. Disappointed to have my hopes crushed 2 weeks in a row. Thank you for the stuff around, would not recommend unless you want to make pointless trips and waste a day. No excuse if the employer didn’t want to rehire, tell people that instead of stringing people along and making there mental health worse because there trying to make their lives better.

Very poor service! most likely one of the most horrible experiences I’ve encountered at a recruitment agency in my life. I highly recommend going to any other agency or contacting the business directly via their website for opportunities. Adecco appear to show favouritism to people they are already know or who they are close with. Utterly unethical!

Trying to call the Amazon Recruitment team for about a week no one answers!!, trying to call the Woolworths recruitment Team for about a week again and No one answers!? .
I don’t know what the workers are doing there!? and what’s the point of there numbers!!? .

I applied for this job and a lady named “Elis” called me but I couldn’t answer so i returned her call and she was like so rude and angry to me.
She asked, you applied for this job? I said yes. She said ok. I said so what should i do now? She hang up the phone on me🫥🫥🫥
I sent her a message and asked why did you hang up the phone on me?
Then She called me again and she was angrier than the first time. She said are you gonna work or you fooling around🫥
Just unbelievable how Rude and Unprofessional is this agency.

I have to rate Adecco 5 starts they have helped me get work matias who works there has helped me twice matias is very friendly and Deserves a pay rise and today I’ve meet all the staff they are very welcoming kind they all have beautiful smiles I’m happy to say Adecco is the place to be to look for work and matias is awesome
