Chris has been nothing but patient and has made such a difference with my problem. I appreciate his time to explain exercises to me a few times till it sinks in. Have been going once a week for a month or so and the improvement is great. Thank you too for the lovely lady on reception always a nice welcome smile. Obviously a very efficient well run practice. I am currently seeing Joubert for chronic hip pain that has significantly impaired my mobility. After one session, I have already seen an improvement in my squats at the gym.

Went for a lower back pain and on my first visit I was able to walk without pain and following the exercise program given to me, I only need to go back once more. I have been doing the exercises every morning and I feel good. I will definitely use them again and can definitely recommend them
