your rating in illawarra area is nearly useless
And u didn't offer a practical plan to balance special need and other children's need
Also your guide on area 4 doesn't show a specific staff ratio on permanent/casual staff.
And you don't quantify the ratio of supervision for different outfoor equipments.
Again, useless!
