I just completed my Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment and I’m so impressed with how the entire course was facilitated. The course assessors/trainers were always super responsive and the workshops they ran went a long way to completing the assessments for that topic. Self directed learning can sometimes feel a bit isolating but the way the modules were set out made learning easy and the flow was logical. I recommend attending as many workshops as they offer if you’re doing a course because it makes all the difference. The support and guidance I received was excellent and I’m grateful for it.
