I had week off training suffered lower back injury.
Sam has showed me he is professional, caring and knows what he’s doing. Sam showed me these 2 or 3 simple stretches I needed to do. The outcome was amazing I was able to touch my toes again. He was able to treat my lower back by cracking it. Recovering or rehab process after an injury. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone seeking a physio Sam@Accelerate 10/10

I finished the Sydney Marathon last week and Sam offered great guidance and tailored leg exercises during my training that made my recovery post runs so much better.

I have been seeing Sam@Accelerate rehab for a couple of weeks due to debilitating back pain. Sam has been a Godsend! He is professional, caring, knowledgeable and he makes you feel comfortable and at ease during the treatment sessions. He was able to treat my back pain and is assisting me now with the recovery phase. Sam has also great selection of sport equipment that can be beneficial in the recovery and rehab process after an injury. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone seeking a physio!

Sam has been amazing treating both knees, which were injured in a snow skiing accident. Great physio knowledge and provided hope that I will return for another season!.

Best physio in the area hands down. I've had an issue with my Hamstrings for Years and haven't been confident to run again for a while. Sam took care of me and personalised each session to help me feel confident in running again. Can't thank him enough for all his help.

It has been treated well under Sam for a couple of weeks.
My stiffed neck and shoulder pain have been much improved after his treatment and my exercises guided by Sam.

To be honest, recovery is not easy, but Sam really tried alot through assessment and various methods, such as joint adjustment and dry needles. I can feel improvements after each sessions.

Environment is pretty new and clean. Equipment will be properly cleaned after each time uses. The location is easy to be found at the street.
