Please don’t waste your time with coordination and other things with this company, it will get you nowhere but upset. And I know that cause I went through it they had me my brother and my sister as a client. We have all left. Left in the dark, not knowing what was going on. DO YOU WRITE THESES REVIEWS YOURSELF DON’T GO THE THIS PLACE BETTER! THEY WILL NOT SUPPORTYOU!!!

The email they provide they hardly replied to you when your their client, if you want to see what I am upset about you’ll see from the numerous of emails that I kept sent you and hardly heard from you even when I was a client to point where I was begging for help and at my lowest and still NOTHING!
my support team even had trouble getting in contact with you.

Half the time it was hard to even know who my Coordinator was.
They kept changing, Handovers kept getting done without my permission and then being charged for it. All at ability seer.
Then finding out I have a new coordinator and they’ll be around for a few minutes and then gone again and then I’d be emailing them and hear then all of a sudden I’d have a new one. One of the coordinators bought things that I needed to help me because of my low muscle tone and they used The money from consumables budget, but I didn’t even have that in my NDIS plan and it was $200 worth of stuff. That I didn’t have money for in my NDIS plan and I couldn’t pay, but telling me it was okay and worked out, found it was not and I owed money.

When we ceased services with Ability Seers for support coordination then found out a week later that I ended up with a new Coordinator with in Ability Seers And they charge me $200 for handover Not handover to my New coordinators in another company that I had joined. Refusing to give my paperwork to them. Had a plan review which was stuffed up drama with OT report and not being paid, because coordinator would not release the funds or something like that, by the time it My Plan had been completely redone NDIS sent through With less funding than what I had and as this moment still trying to fix! With our change of circumstances.
Nothing but stress, frustration and upset because that’s all they will leave you with.
Honestly, if I could, I wouldn’t even give one star.
