Up until very recently I had been happy with the service from Amy. A lovely girl. Although it was clear to me and I was advised by Amy that they had no great job prospects for me based on my experience and expertise. However Amy was pleasant. I appreciate that.

I have recently had several interviews all sourced by me as I am very proactive and determined to find work which I am seeking Nationally with full commitment and willingness to work anywhere I am able to and required. That’s my most important goal in life and my absolute priority.

My industry of many years was drastically affected by Covid and now recovering however I am very open to industries and opportunities based on my skills and my experience.

I recently called to reschedule a meeting with Amy as I was so excited about an Interview I had that day for a fantastic role and opportunity.

I called as soon as I was able to provide adequate notice and certainly with the view of rescheduling. I always honour my commitments.

To my surprise and absolute SHOCK I was met with such a negative and response and such negative attitude from Renee who took the call and who was very abrupt and quite frankly very rude as I had recently prior to that day had to reschedule due to another exciting Job Interview opportunity! My main goal!

As I have outlined securing work and job interviews being my main priority and the whole purpose for me with this whole process in my opinion.

I firmly informed Renee that I would NOT be missing that interview and I immediately ended that call and conversation with Renee with her rude, abrupt and negative attitude.

I then immediately called Work Force Australia to provide the feedback. They were extremely supportive and understanding for me of this totally unnecessary and avoidable experience I had.

I have now been assigned to an alternative Provider and have also now met with them. I have had a very positive experience to date.

I am ever so grateful for the support of Workforce Australia and any positive support I receive.

For a provider that clearly expresses its ability to work with the disabled, I'm quite bothered by how I'm being treated by them.

I'm trying to get medical evidence for my Autism and Anxiety to arrange phone appointments, as Gosford is noisy, distant and overstimulating, and there's nothing in an appointment that would require in-person attendance anyway. Regardless of my expression of concern about this issue, I was completely waved away and ignored, and they repeatedly push for in-person attendance and threaten my income over it, despite me trying to make it day to day in this horrible economy.

Don't waste your time especially if your over 50.
My experience with them :
Changed Mentors as they put it all young enough to be my kids 3 times in 12 months due to there own staffing issues , got given a mobile phone that didn't work , got suspended for doing exactly what they asked and then would not reply to texts or voice messages etc , etc... moved on ...

An appointment every week is not necessary, if the job seeker is doing the right thing and applying for work, why is it necessary to contact them every week.
This new system is not working for everyone and needs to be changed.

We are a cafe shop, hire one staff here, and because of 3 month lock down and Christmas holiday, we extend the working date, but the manager said it’s Ineligible, we keep calling them and email them want to discuss and solve the problem already 1 year, very hard to contact them.

If i could give less stars i would. They do not know what there talking about do not know rules and regulations. The websites career one dose not record the jobs you apply for assuming the job advertised is still there. Sevrice is outsandingly bad on the whole s**t.
