A couple of years ago, I was a brief client to Ability Options in Baulkham Hills, and I gave one star, but if there was the option for zero stars, I'd would give that.

Please read the following if you would like to know why.

The building was so hard to find and not visible. There should have been better signage outside.

Also, there was high staff turnover, thirty minute or more wait times (once forty minutes waiting) to be seen even though my appointment was at a particular time. I ended up doing the work myself when it came to the paperwork. I did not approach them about this wait time issue and other issues because I wanted to be polite, but this is what for complaining in reviews are for.

After the second or third appointment, I stopped being a client as I was getting nowhere, and my precious, precious time was being wasted.

Please don't go to this provider. You deserve better, and your time not to be wasted.

Parking is ridiculous!
and suite 13 is just above the stairs - if you come up lift you don't even see it.

my appt was at one and I've been waiting 20 mins in their open layout office metres away from lady I'm meeting as she takes personal calls and deals with other cases and chats to collegues.

I was on time and she isn't even working on my stuff and I'm hearing personal stuff.

just sitting in the middle of a weird office.

I'm not even a customer yet...
do these people know I can choose someone else?

The team is very non-responsive to phone calls, emails and social media. When asked about services they offer, the representative didn’t know they offered those services and became defensive when I pointed her to the website.

Further to this, the initial response to my question was go to NDIS and speak with them. NDIS specifically sent us to Ability Options, only to have ability options not respond to any communication.

I’m pretty sure they won’t even read this google review as they’re so unorganised. I know that if the employees were treated the way they treat their customers, they would be very frustrated and expect better service.

Very disappointed that this service is one of the few out west and to be honest, they should not receive funding from NDIS given their complete lack of professionalism and engagement with their customers. It’s not hard to respond to an email or call back request in today’s world, but for ability options it’s their Mount Everest.

this company was great for a couple of years they got me employed with Toyota I was their for five years it was a good experience one day last year got sick and on my birthday reicved a present from ability options of losing my job I was such a hard worker and enjoyed working with the boss thank you to the job consultant ralene for helping me over the years I am just disappointed that their was no support to keep me on at Toyota and better still they did not even offer to find me another job to go to now got to go to another employment agency I would say join another employment agency and even better news they did not even give me a phone call on june 29 and did not help me get another job
