My child was treated disgracefully here. Initially it was amazing, however it suddenly was not. She has behaviour issues due to trauma. I had multiple external agencies I was working with attend the daycare so we could work together as a team. This was not good enough. She was sent home everyday for 2 months prior to me withdrawing her. I was given next to no incident reports for her. The staff kept a book for each ‘problem child’ to take notes and write their incident reports at a later date. Which never happened. This book went missing and no incident reports filed. After over 4 months trying to chase this I was then told by an operations manager “we don’t have it and there’s nothing we can do” including welfare issues my child was reporting to them not being adequately cared for or documented. I have witnessed staff members mock children because they’re hurt, mock children because they want their mum, I am aware of so many welfare issues with this centre. The management will not support you centre through to upper. All this centre is about is making as much money as possible. There is no care for the children. This matter is now with the department.

My child was discriminated against for having a medical condition. They didn't even consider her for enrolment and never called me back. 'Too hard basket' for them, wouldn't want my child cared for by people like that anyway! She is better off in mine. By someone who can provide her what she needs, as this lot definitely wouldn't be able to handle extra care. Shame on you!

I could not rate this childcare high enough. My daughter absolutely loves being there and I feel like she has come along in leaps and bounds. The teachers are amazing and very friendly and easy to talk to, I'm so grateful that teachers like these are around.
