First of all thank you star training team for such a wonderful experience you guys provide during my security operation course.
When someone go above their limit and help others that’s what i call outstanding customer service.Front desk admin ladies you guys are the true example of outstanding customer service. I had difficulties verifying my first aid course certificate they dealt with my first aid provider and resolve that. Thank you… you guys are amazing… now come to learning part Trainer Shane Smith was superb. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. I believe he is the true asset of Security Industry. Role play part felt live and interesting. Loved the way you delivered the course Shane smith.. location very close to Granville station.
