Learning Blocks Dural is an excellent childcare that goes above and beyond for the children. The staff are not just great educators but are essentially the kindest, most loving human beings that go above and beyond to see the children succeed. This is by far the best childcare I have ever seen and I have taken my children to three different centres. I have three children and two have disabilities. My daughter has quadriplegic cerebral palsy and my son has level three autism. A lot of childcare’s do not take children who are quadriplegic and non verbal. Also they may not be equipped for wheelchair access. The centres that wanted to allow my kids to enrol and had no wheelchair access all directed me to Learning Blocks Dural and said the childcare and the director are amazing. When I approached her about enrolling my two children with disabilities, her response was fast and cheerful ‘of course they’re welcome to attend!’ All of my daughter’s needs and equipment were supplied to her. All staff were educated and ready to go on her first day. They allowed therapies to come in for her during the day. She was taught the alphabet, numbers science, art, how to use her devices to communicate and was included in absolutely everything. The staff all had a common goal of giving all the kids the best care and education. Multiple times different staff expressed that able and disabled children mixing was good for the children and that it would help them grow to be good human beings. After two years my daughter graduated with her peers and I have never seen her so happy. My son has level three autism and the same care and education has been given to him. He is now starting to talk, can sit in groups, parallel play, feeds himself and is using the toilet. My children have cost this business a lot of money for the care and inclusion they have provided, more than any funding they would have received but they never blinked an eye at anything any of my children needed. The director Susie and all her staff saw past the disabilities and viewed my kids as kids. Susie and all the staff gave my children an amazing start to life and I will always be grateful.

I highly recommend Learning Blocks Childcare Centre in Dural! The staff are caring, attentive, and create a fun, engaging environment for children to learn and grow. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and communication with parents is excellent. It’s been a wonderful experience for our family!

Fantastic centre. My granddaughter settled in quickly and looks forward to getting to daycare each day. It’s a challenge to say goodbye because she’s so eager to get in and play when we arrive.
Everyone is friendly, welcoming and professional and it’s obvious the children are enjoying themselves.

Our daughter attended Learning Blocks Dural for over a year in the Sensory and Discovery rooms. She loved being there and the educators were incredibly attentive and nurturing - they really tailored their approach to the individual needs of our child. We could really see the impact of Learning Blocks on our daughter's confidence, play and language development.

Other things we loved about the centre:
- It's newly built with large room sizes.
- Each room has its own designated large outdoor area which maximised the time the kids could be outdoors (other centres we checked out had one outdoor space where each age group would take turns using).
- Parking is undercover under the centre, so pick up and drop off on rainy days wasn't an issue.
- All educators were immediately familiar with which child was with which parent (even those from other classes).
- The meals provided sounded delicious, and they catered enough that the kids could have extra when they wanted to. The menus were also not repetitive - there was a lot of variety in the dishes.

Highly recommend Learning Blocks Dural. The team there (Susie, Lily, Caroline, Stef, Faith, Christina and others) made our daughter feel so welcomed and were very patient with her settling in when she started daycare. Small things like being held to sleep initially meant a lot.

Lots of fun activities and a huge outdoor area with shade means they're always doing great outdoor activities and games. The daily photos were the highlight and you could tell the kids had fun.

We saw our daughter develop so much there (vocabulary, hand/eye coordination, singing, developing relationships with other kids and educators). Our daughter loved the food (cooked offsite) - rotating menu but Lots of variety. Even small things like underground parking for those rainy days made that stressful drop off a whole lot easier.

We greatly miss the team at Learning Blocks and can't thank you enough for support you provided our daughter in her first daycare!

Our kids love being at Learning Blocks. It’s the best service we’ve ever attended. The educators build wonderful relationships with their children, are supportive & nurturing. We have never had a single issue, have loved watching our kids have lots of fun, make friends & learn new skills. My 3 year old son started at Learning Blocks Dural in January 2023 and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. We looked at many child care centres to try to find the right fit for us as my son has some self care delays as well as being non-verbal. Learning Blocks was the only centre to be not only extremely accommodating to his additional needs, but made me feel so confident that he was going to receive the care that each child deserves. The director Susie had said not to worry about him not being toilet trained or unable to feed himself as those self care skills will come in time. When we were having our son assessed by a paediatrician, the staff took their time to complete and extensive non biased report of my son to assist the paediatrician. My son is welcomed each day with warm open arms from his phenomenal educators and enjoys every minute of his time there. Each afternoon I’m given a thorough run down of his day and his educators are always excited to share his improvements and are genuinely excited about his achievements.
