Great group training for all ages and skill levels. Very impressed with Lauren and her team of trainers do an excellent job of keeping you motivated and on track during the session. Strongly recommend this gym if you want to get in shape be in a good atmosphere.

An absolutely amazing gym, community and program. Since joining I have lost 5 kilos, created more muscle and feel way more confident. The trainers are awesome and so are the members. Definitely give it a try you will love the variety oif the sessions.

My partner and I started training at BFT Freshwater when they opened as we had just moved to the area and we have loved it! Great mix of classes in a large and well equiped space, the A/C makes it cool during workouts and we can even bring our dog to hang out while we work out. The team are so welcoming and friendly, plus provide great guidance. We enjoyed the change after going to F45 for some time, real focus on strength and building muscle while also having challenging cardio workouts. The heart rate system adds an extra advantage to push yourself. Good parking and loads of class times. Thanks BFT team!
