I just took Autocad Certified User certification exam with Wall to Wall. Everything went like clockwork. Greg is friendly and very much available, even when he was on holiday and I had to email him several times, asking some questions. Having said this Wall to Wall sends you clear explanations on how to take the exam.

Prompt and clear assistance provided to undertake Microsoft Office Specialist Exam remotely.

Better than the amateurish outfit here in Adelaide who insisted I book the exam online at Microsoft and they could not help me.

Online bookings through Microsoft/Pearson for certification exams are ONLY for US users!

Greg was able to handle the booking for me locally and even provided a easy to use web-based MYOB interface to pay the invoice.

Exam was run in an easy to use downloadable virtual machine interface. No sitting in a dusty facility in Adelaide and no need to buy a ticket to fly to Sydney
