Her delivery of the course is professional, respectful, knowledgeable, passionate and relaxed.
Because of that it is so easy to ask her questions, and at any time if you are unsure, she will guide you either by explaining or
by demonstrating.
Doing First Aid and CPR courses can be stressful but Carly takes the stress out of it for you.
