Excellent customer service response time within minutes, Good clean Gym, Equipment is in good working condition, price is the best in the west. Love that the gym has become alive since the new owner has taken over. He has really made an effort to upgrade and fix the equipment. The atmosphere is awesome everyone gets along really well. Great membership prices for the area and amazing staff always helping out and making everyone feel welcome

Well priced and extremely welcoming environment. Recently under new ownership and the upgrades have been amazing. Would recommend fully to anyone wanting to start out in the gym as the people here are all so willing to lend a hand and help where they can. Can honestly call this the best gym ive ever been too!!!

I can not express how GRATEFUL I am to have found Ozone Fitness. I am a lady who was diagnosed with Chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis when I was just 18 months old, in every single joint. I have had both knees replaced, both hips replaced, both feet reconstructed. I have deformed hands and a fused neck. Every single day I'm in pain and limp. I am also a Type 1 Diabetic on an Insulin Pump. Throughout my whole entire life people have stared and judged me - SO to find a gym where I feel comfortable is everything to me. I joined Ozone Fitness as several of my joints are so damaged from the arthritis and I want to make sure the muscles, tendons and everything around those joints are strong to support them. Over the years due to my steroid medications I have put on weight so it was time to start going to the gym. NOT ONCE have I been stared at judgingly at Ozone Fitness and this for me is so important and gives me more confidence and motivation to keep going. Every single person at the gym is there to focus on whatever their personal goals are and not judge people. I don't see people with phones out taking pictures or videos, the Ozone Fitness community is really about working on themselves which is inspiring. It is also a plus that my physio therapist is able to come during staff hours. The lady who runs the front desk is absolutely amazing and has made me feel very welcome and compliments me on doing a good job - this simple compliment can mean the world to someone like me. So if your looking for a gym that's accepting and makes you feel comfortable and supported then Ozone Fitness is definitely the gym to join. As someone who is on a disability pension, I can say that Ozone Fitness is absolutely one of cheapest gyms around. I highly highly recommend checking them out and joining. Thank you Ozone Fitness for making this disabled lady have a comfortable journey with her health, fitness and physio ?
