I had sat the GAMSAT a couple times prior to engaging with the team at BiteSized GAMSAT. Although I had a wide variety of resources and had purchased materials from other companies, I still felt very lost with my study and saw little to no improvement in my S3 marks. George helped structure my study through the weekly classes I participated in, focusing on high yield science topics and how to reason through different question styles. Through the classes I developed problem solving skills and was better able to deduce answers while also revising and consolidating any knowledge gaps I had. George would also always be available to answer any questions I had or explain concepts again, no matter how many times I asked. The classes gave me the confidence to tackle questions I would otherwise avoid, which carried on through to exam day, where I felt more confident solving questions under the pressure of the timed exam. For once I left the exam happy with the effort I had put in.
Although my strongest section, I also took some S2 classes which helped me think a little quicker on my feet, especially when trying to write essays on topics I’m less vocal about. I found the support and guidance from the team improved my perspective and helped me narrow down my arguments and write with more depth. Studying for the GAMSAT can be a really lonely and tough journey, so I would highly recommend BiteSized GAMSAT to anyone thinking of sitting the exam, to work with a team who has your back every step of the way.

I used Bitsized GAMSAT for my third sitting of the exam. Personally, I found it more helpful than other courses and textbooks which I had used to prepare for my first two sittings. George teaches you how to approach and reason your way through different questions, even if they are based on a foreign concept. Instead of explaining in detail each individual previous GAMSAT question, he shows you an approach that can be used for many similar questions. This is more beneficial than learning niche concepts behind each question because in the real exam you will be presented with information that you have never encountered before. As such, it is better to learn techniques and reasoning that can be used when under time pressure and being presented with new information. Also, George teaches you all the foundational knowledge that you need going into the GAMSAT. Rather than giving you a whole lot of information to memorise, he only shows you the necessary information which is quite manageable. When I went into the exam I felt I had a better understanding of the questions. I knew what knowledge I needed to draw on and how to reason for each question. Additionally, George would always be happy to go over time and answer any questions we had during the week. He genuinely cares about your progress and checks in regularly.

I signed up with Bite Sized GAMSAT for my third gamsat sitting. George and the team are really invested in wanting you to do well. When trying to find GAMSAT resources, it is hard to know whether or not it is genuine, purely because of the amount that is out there. But the team at Bite Sized GAMSAT genuinely enjoy teaching. The small classes offer a very personalised and collaborative environment. The content covered in these classes was also very relevant and made the exam a lot less overwhelming. George is also constantly checking up and offering help in all the sections, not just S3. I would definitely recommend Bite Sized GAMSAT to anyone going down this path.

I signed up to Bite Sized GAMSAT after sitting the GAMSAT twice before and I regret not signing up sooner. The team is very experienced and created a learning environment that was so supportive. The tutors were excellent at going through high yield theory and helping me to develop key problem solving skills. I have signed up to other tutoring companies and didn’t feel like I was getting taught how to truly approach GAMSAT questions. I never did chemistry or physics and George and the team made those topics and questions seem achievable which was a big confidence booster. I’ve just sat my 3rd sitting of the GAMSAT and felt as though I was the most confident I had ever been in approaching all S3 questions. Hi everyone, I’m Nabila one of George’s past GAMSAT and interview students. Something that I really appreciated about George’s style of tutoring for the GAMSAT was that he didn’t tell us to rote learn things but instead he helped us develop our problem solving skills which are especially necessary for Section 3. With George’s help I did well enough in the GAMSAT to get interviews from my top preference. After my interviews, I received three offers for medicine, from Unisyd, Unimelb and UWA. George sets you up with the fundamentals needed to answer the all the basic question types, for example ethics, scenario based and questions involving videos. In addition, George also tutored me for my rural pathway interview at UniMelb, he tailored my preparation to exactly what the interviewers were looking for. Additionally, George is very up to date with the newer question types that are coming through for specific universities. Finally George was always there to provide a word of encouragement . So all in all I would highly recommend George and the Bite Sized team if you are looking for a GAMSAT and an medical School interview tutor.

George was a really great interview prep tutor! From the very first lesson, he had a clear plan in mind of how I should prepare in order to improve my interview skills. Throughout the sessions, George was very attentive and provided helpful feedback for all my interview questions. He would always be willing to help even after our lessons and provided great resources and support leading up to the interviews. I previously struggled to raise my section 3 score in gamsat and decided to seek help. I found about the Bite sized gamsat team through a friend and I do not regret taking their classes!
