Pure an utter dirty scum. Classed me as a no show when I was at work and made it clear I couldn’t attend. 8 days now they have said they’re going to call me back. Putrid people

Amazing staff and amazing services.
I have done multiple courses with them and never had a problem at all , they are all friendly people who understand your needs and expectations and will do their best to find what you need and work around your situation.

There are lovely people to help but Amy Waight is not one of them, after providing a medical certificate and attending a appointment anyway, she screamed that she is going to report me, and then put me on a suspension. According to Centrelink she had no right to do this. She is a horrible spiteful woman that is in the wrong job. Anybody that ends up with her god help you. A disgusting woman I go there for help and I hear her dad's dead, her mother is a basket case that won't leave her house. I have my own stuff to deal with, without hearing her problems. Avoid her at all costs, she will try to ruin your life!

If your going here to find a job start walking backwards. Great staff but while they looked i looked and beat them to it. Can be usefull if your on a youth allowance since you can slack they take their time anyways. Free courses are nc .2 stars for it sadly.

Verto Bathurst is an amazing organisation with lovely staff members always ready to help. I have successfully gained employment and have also studied courses through them with a 100% success rate. I would definitely recommend Verto if you are wanting work or wanting to study, to further your skills in a work environment. I can't thank Verto enough for what they have done for me and what I was able to achieve being apart of their service !
