This Pilates studio has become a home away from home. It’s such a friendly, non intimidating studio and its proximity to Fine Art adds an unexpected delightful layer to the experience.
I have gone from ZERO physical exercise to going to classes at Neon almost everyday of the week since April. Bianca helped me recover from major abdominal surgery and helped me regain my confidence.
Both Bianca and her team are really wonderful teachers - their ability to guide you so that you always leave feeling complete and strong is really top notch. I’ve gone from complete beginner to intermediate and the quality and layering of the classes means that you can be a beginner or advanced in the class and you will get the most out of it either way.
There is also strong yet super relaxed community vibe at the studio that is so nice as well. Bianca has really created a wonderful universe that is a privilege to be apart of. I can’t recommend this studio enough both for the vibe & the quality of the teaching.

This Pilates studio is really a cut above the rest. Bianca is so personable and really knows her stuff. All the instructors are excellent and guide you through the classes beautifully. I’ve no longer got any back issues because my core is so strong. And an added bonus is that everyone is just so lovely. A really beautiful community feel about the studio.

Fun, friendly studio in a beautiful gallery/warehouse setting with a great atmosphere and vibe. Bianca is an amazing instructor and her team are all equally as good. You definitely get a strong, balanced full body work out plus some art on the side.

I love everything about this place. The setup, the vibe, the whole atmosphere and of course the instructors. Bianca is a phenomenal instructor and of course all her chosen instructors are the same. Bianca has created a real community here. I go at least 4 times a week and have been there since the beginning. Much love ❤️

This is by far the best thing I’ve ever done for my body. I’ve been going to Bianca for almost two years and I’ve never felt stronger! As someone with a degenerative hip problem, I have built up my strength so I’ve not needed medical intervention for 18months. Beyond that, Bianca and her team go above and beyond to ensure you always feel safe, but are pushed to your limits! I go 5 times a week. Can’t say enough good things about Neon! Bianca is the best.

absolutely the best pilates studio in Sydney. the reformer classes are always amazing and are challenging, while also catering to any injuries/preferences. the instructors are all so lovely and only want those in the class to enjoy and do what works for their bodies. would 100% recommend doing classes at NEON.

Incredible Instructors all of them!! I have followed Bianca from other studios, she is amazing and has managed to find equally amazing instructors to work with her! The atmosphere is friendly and uber cool behind the art gallery! I can't recommend this studio enough. 10 Stars!

The best studio in Sydney by far, Bianca and her team are incredible! Every class is great and you leave feeling like you’ve actually done a workout. They cater to all levels and can customise it so beginners and advanced people can do the same session!
