I was very convenient being able to complete all the modules online in my own time and attend the 1 hour session rather than a whole day course. Anthony was great. He is very knowledgeable and funny which makes the session really enjoyable. He was able to cover all of the content for first aid and CPR in an hour which thankfully means you don’t need to spend a full day to complete the course. Highly recommend and look forward to doing it all over again next year

Simple Instructions pretty much sums it up. I’ve been renewing my First Aid Certification for over twenty years and in the past, classes would take up half a day. There was so much information to take in that in an emergency situation, I would second guess myself and therefore, be paralysed by doubt. Simple Instructions have kept it simple and clear so that if the need arises, I would be confident that I know enough to step in and help until the professionals arrived to the scene.

I also appreciate that the groups are kept small as it used to frustrate me that some attendees with a hero complex would share stories that prolonged the class time so that I would end up losing an entire day’s wage!!!

They have classes that are conveniently scheduled. I attended a session at 7.50am on a Monday morning which took an hour and was able to get to work on time and earn a FULL day’s wage! The Crows Nest location was just around the corner from a free car park building and easy walking distance from public transport.
