We have been part of the Kinetic Family for seven years. Our son has always enjoyed the regular training, grading days and kids nights. The whole family have often attended and thoroughly enjoyed the annual picnic days, road trips and Christmas parties. The instructors find a remarkable balance between providing education and discipline to their students but doing so in a kind and nurturing way. There are always a few laughs and a lot of fun along the way for all. I have recommended Kinetic Martial Arts to a lot of people over the years, many of whom have joined the school and love it.

Kinetic Martial Arts is the life-changing experience you have been waiting for, never have I witnessed a team of instructors in any institution so determined and work so tirelessly to bring the best out of it's students.

I decided to come into a free Trial Class in January 2021 because I wanted to improve my general fitness and try something new, and in doing so I discovered an experience that offered all this and so much more. All the instructors are extremely professional, highly trained and devoted to their arts, and push you every single session to get the absolute best out of you. In the training environment offered the instructors are always able to work with students and help them improve their individual skills whether you're attending a class with 3 students or 30. In virtually every session you aren't just working on your technique and fitness, you're also improving your flexibility, your mental and physical endurance. If you train regularly you can seriously make some absolutely astonishing improvements to yourself.

Across all of the Kinetic clubs in the sutherland shire and beyond there are classes offered 7 days a week that can suit almost any schedule. Whether it be a Thursday morning class at Cronulla, a Wednesday night class at Menai, a Sunday morning clas at Ramsgate, as well as so many other opporunities, there's always time to train.

Since I started I've started training up to 6 days a week as an adult and my fitness is the best it's ever been, and i've never been so driven to keep on improving it in and out of the Dojang. Outside of regular classes the Club hosts a variety of extra events, special training days, club social events, trips and more. Master Trent and the other instructors at Kinetic Martial arts have built an incredibly supportive and friendly community that truly gets the best out of everyone, and you will make so many amazing like minded friends.

If you were like me and you wanted to improve your fitness and lose weight but kept giving up due to lack of motivation or structure, I'd highly reccomend training here. Don't be intimidated by it and think "Martial arts isn't for me", sign up to a trial class and give it a go, you have nothing to lose and so much to gain.

My 5 year old is a sparrow, and so far I am very impressed. The trainers are great and are very proficient and easily handle little ones being little ones. The classes are a mix, and numbers vary, so far as I see the kids all love it.
